Hob Draconian, American-born but a two-decade resident of Ibiza and a tie-dyed-in-the-wool hippie philosopher, is happily back from America and living in Ibiza - until he learns that the property he's renting is about to be sold for re-development and he needs a quick $10K to save his house.
